| Bob
Calderone, executive chef and owner of Anago, purchased the
restaurant's original space at 798 Main Street, Cambridge in July 1992
with wife-partner Susan Finegold. Together, they transformed it into
an award-winning sensation, recognized by Bon Apétit Magazine as
"One of America's Best New Restaurants" (1994) and Boston
Magazine as "Best New Restaurant and Best Service" (1994). An
overnight success, the restaurant quickly outgrew its space and moved into
The Lenox in October 199, taking over all of the food for the hotel. Samuel Adams Brew House® is a cozy neighborhood pub where the focus is on fresh-tapped Samuel Adams® beer and signature food. |
