This Disney resort is a favorite and has a reputation for being the best
for families! Features include a working geyser, a bubbling creek and a mammoth stone
hearth in the lobby. Right on romantic 340-acre Bay Lake, The resort sits on
56 acres surrounded by oak and pine forests, and is reminiscent of rustic
turn-of-the-century national park lodges. Wilderness Lodge feels more remote than other
resorts but also is a little more difficult to access via the Disney Transportation
System. Guest Rooms: All Guest Rooms have two queen-size beds, one queen-size bed and bunk beds, or one king-size bed, table and chairs, writing table, ceiling fan, private balcony or patio, vanity area with two sinks, and bath. Many Guest Rooms feature courtyard views. Guest Room Amenities: include in-room wall safe, voice mail, and hairdryer, iron/board, coffeemaker, and minibar are available upon request The Deluxe Guest Room: has a sitting area separated from the bedroom by French doors, additional television, refrigerator with ice machine, coffeemaker, and wet bar. All Deluxe Guest Rooms feature woodland views. Suites: with kitchenettes are available. Facilities For Kids: include a kiddie pool with a water slide, game room and a children's entertainment clubhouse offers supervised activities. Facilities: include an immense swimming pool, 2 mile jogging and bike trail and shops. -Guest have access to five championship Disney golf courses (complimentary transportation available for Disney Resort Guests through Bell Services). Restaurants: the main dining room has an inspiring view. Services: include limited room service, bike and boat rental, boat transport to Magic Kingdom, bus transport to MGM, Epcot and other park areas. |
